CURRENT ATTENDANCE POLICIES - (subject to change)
WJBC Membership and Attenders, we are happy that we are able to meet, and come together as a church family. I hope you are planning to be at the dedication of the new auditorium. It will be a wonderful day.
There are many opinions, and various decisions that we are all making concerning this pandemic. We must continue to prayerfully decide how we can continue to worship together. I am asking all to stand together in unity and grace. Thank you to those that have had a good spirit and been supportive in our decisions. We continue to do our best to care for all of our congregation. Our community, families, and our church have known and seen many affected by this virus.
With that said, the mask mandate for our county has been lifted. This will tweak our policies, but will not change the fact that we should be gracious to one another while we make our own decisions.
1. Those of the same household should continue to sit together when possible.
2. Though masks are not required, any that desire to wear a mask have the liberty to do so. If you do not wish to wear a mask, then it is not required. The wearing of a mask, nor the removing of the mask makes anyone more holy, or more of a believer in liberty. Please act accordingly and care for yourself and others.
3. We will discontinue taking temperatures at the entrances. Thank you to those that have served, and for those of the congregation that have been cooperative to protect one another. Please check your temperature before leaving home.
4. Additional information:
(1) If someone has a compromised immune system, you should take precautions necessary to care for yourself. If you choose to attend services, please wear a mask. If not, please continue to watch the services on YouTube or listen to WJGM radio or internet stream. wjbc.net
(2) Please keep your hands clean. There is hand sanitizer available, and we also encourage all to keep some of their own with them. Always wash your hands when leaving the restrooms.
(3) Please DO NOT attend if you know that you have been exposed to someone with Covid 19, or any other sickness that is contagious. Please watch virtually. Follow recommended quarantine protocols.
(4) If you are fearful, please feel no pressure to attend. Watch or listen to the services virtually.
We are glad that you can.
(5) If you are sick, please remain home so as not to spread any form of sickness within the church.
Please be kind and supportive. Be gracious to all, and support the decisions of the church, the pastor, and care for others.
