​Full-Time Ministry Opening - Minister of Music

​West Jacksonville Baptist Church (FL) is seeking a godly, surrendered man who is clearly called to ministry, doctrinally aligned, and willing to serve wherever needed for the glory of God.  This is a full-time role with benefits and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a healthy, unified church family.

Who We Are

West Jacksonville Baptist Church is committed to expository preaching, biblical discipleship, missions, and local outreach.  We strive to stand firm in truth while extending grace in spirit.  Our music style is hymns, southern-style Gospel, with some choruses as well.  Our doctrinal statement can be found here.

 

What We Need

- A Minister of Music who can lead our vibrant choir and music ministries

- Should be humble, faithful, and ready to serve in other areas as capable and needed

- Experience is preferred, but spiritual maturity, ability, and a teachable heart are essential

- Mentoring is available for the right candidate
